ANNIE is an actress and filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY. A graduate of NYU Gallatin, her interdisciplinary course of study allowed her to use her understanding of acting as a way into writing and directing. Her work has showcased at festivals around the world. Most recently, her short "Frankie Keeps Talking" premiered at SBIFF, and her feature screenplay "Mickey and the Bear" was selected for the HIFF Screenwriters Lab, where it was awarded the Melissa Mathison Fund. No matter the style, Annie is committed to telling  stories of female empowerment. Her favorite movie (right now) is Paper Moon, and when she grows up, she wants to be Buster Keaton.
